Chair

Sally-Anne Watts

I moved to Turweston with my husband in 2018 and since then we have regularly attended annual parish meetings and became members of the village hall committee.  In 2024 I was co-opted onto the Parish Council and in May 2025 I was chosen by my fellow councillors to become chair.

I retired at the end of 2020, and in 2021 was elected as a governor to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where I served for three years. I continue to provide executive coaching and mentoring to NHS leaders. I am sure the 25 years’ board level experience I gained as a communications director, corporate affairs lead and public governor in the NHS will be useful in my role as chair of the parish council.
